本人以河南师范大学体育学院2007级16名乒乓球专项学生为实验对象进行了乒乓球弧圈球技术自学辅导教学的实验研究。对所得实验结果进行分析可以证明:乒乓球弧圈球技术自学辅导教学能使学生在基本技术动作、理论知识、动作分析能力以及学生的教学水平多方面取得比传统教学好的教学效果。可见自我辅导教学在乒乓球技术教学中具有一定的可行性,建议在乒乓球普修技术教学中,不断扩大范围,不断完善这种教学方法,使其能够补充传统教学的不足,提高教学效果,并在实践中真正得到推广和应用。
I took the 2007 grade 16 special table tennis students of Physical Education College of Henan Normal University as the experimental object to carry out the experimental research on self-study teaching of table tennis arc circle ball technology. Analysis of the results obtained from the experiment proves that self-study tutorial teaching of ping-pong arc-circle ball technology enables students to achieve better teaching effects than traditional teaching in terms of basic technical skills, theoretical knowledge, action analysis ability and students’ teaching level. It can be seen that self-guidance teaching has some feasibility in the teaching of table tennis technique. It is suggested that in teaching of ping-pong general technique, it should be continuously expanded to improve this teaching method so that it can supplement the deficiencies of traditional teaching and improve the teaching effect. And in practice has really been promoted and applied.
