热轧铝板带材用乳化液润滑的主要目的是防止铝的粘结和冷却,控制辊型。它以水溶性油为基础油和乳化剂等其他添加剂组成,属水包油(O/W)型乳液。本文介绍了近年来美国、日本、苏联和我国所用的几种主要乳液与组分,并对其性能进行了比较。结果表明,我国所研制的1022、200、84和LRZ—88号等新型乳液,其使用性能已超过目前现场广泛使用的59(?)乳液,在某些性能上已达到或超过美国和日本的乳化液。
The main purpose of emulsion lubrication of hot-rolled aluminum strip is to prevent the bonding and cooling of aluminum and to control the roll type. It is based on water-soluble oil-based emulsifiers and other additives, is an oil-in-water (O / W) type emulsion. In this paper, the main emulsions and components used in the United States, Japan, the Soviet Union and our country in recent years are introduced and their performances are compared. The results show that the new emulsions 1022, 200, 84 and LRZ-88 developed in our country have surpassed the 59 (?) Emulsion widely used in the field at present and have reached or exceeded the performance of the United States and Japan Emulsion.
