目的了解大连市医院胃肠镜清洗消毒状况,以便改进其消毒质量。方法采用现场采样检测方法,对大连市23所医院的胃肠镜及相关用品进行消毒效果检测。结果 2010~2011年合计检测胃肠镜及相关用品100份,合格率为77.00%,其中胃肠镜样品69份,合格率为81.16%,并检出1株大肠杆菌;检测使用中的内镜消毒液戊二醛18份,有效含量合格率为83.33%;注水瓶水13份,合格率为46.15%。结论大连市医院胃肠镜消毒合格率偏低,存在内镜引起交叉感染的潜在因素。
Objective To understand the status of gastrointestinal endoscope cleaning and disinfection in Dalian City in order to improve its disinfection quality. Methods The field sampling method was used to detect the gastrointestinal endoscopy and related supplies in 23 hospitals in Dalian. Results A total of 100 gastrointestinal endoscopy and related products were detected in 2010-2011, with a pass rate of 77.00%. Among them, 69 were gastrointestinal endoscopy samples with a pass rate of 81.16% and one strain of E. coli was detected. Disinfectant glutaraldehyde 18, the effective content of 83.33% pass rate; water bottle 13, the pass rate was 46.15%. Conclusion The passing rate of gastrointestinal endoscope disinfection in Dalian City Hospital is low, and there is a potential factor of endoscopy-induced cross-infection.
