去年8月7日,白山市三岔子区北线公路旁,随着一阵鞭炮声,育林社会福利院破土动工了。这所福利院占地2100平方米,采用西伯利亚建筑风格,所需300万元资金,是由共产党员朱玉林出资兴建的。 每年都有大量的煤炭卖出,可是就是煤钱要不回来,区里规定征收的“三费一金”也收不上来。结果,全区的支柱产业煤炭系统,处于亏损状态。朱玉林这个个体煤炭运输户终于忍不住去找区长。 他开门见山地说:“区长,咱们区里的煤炭系统不该亏损。”
