目的探讨 VDLD 或 VILD 方案治疗儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)并发急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)疗效。方法应用 VDLD 或 VILD 方案治疗2002年至2005年哈尔滨血液病研究所38例儿童淋巴肉瘤白血病。38例患者男性22例,女性16例,年龄范围3～15岁,平均为7岁。发生 ALL病程1～19个月,平均为4个月。结果经5周诱导化疗28例(73.7%)病儿完全缓解(CR),3例(7.9%)部分缓解
Objective To investigate the efficacy of VDLD or VILD regimen in the treatment of childhood non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) complicated with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Methods 38 children with lymphosarcoma leukemia were treated with VDLD or VILD regimen from 2002 to 2005 in Harbin Institute of Hematology. Thirty-eight patients had 22 males and 16 females, ranging in age from 3 to 15 years with an average of 7 years. The occurrence of ALL course of 1 to 19 months, an average of 4 months. Results The complete remission (CR) was achieved in 28 cases (73.7%) after 5 weeks induction chemotherapy, and 3 cases (7.9%) were partly relieved
