住院病历用药医嘱点评是医院持续医疗质量改进和药品临床应用管理的重要组成部分,是提高临床药物治疗学水平的重要手段[1]。2010年5月-2011年12月,我们对住院病历用药医嘱点评模式进行了深入细致的研究,制定出了切实可行的住院病历用药医嘱点评工作表,经过将近2年时间的应用,对不合理用药起到了有效的干预作用,医疗质量得到了进一步提高。
Comments on medical records of inpatient medical records is an important part of the hospital continuous medical quality improvement and clinical management of drugs, and is an important means to improve the level of clinical drug therapy [1]. From May 2010 to December 2011, we conducted in-depth and meticulous research on the review model of inpatient medical record prescriptions and worked out a practical working order of reviewing the inpatient medical record prescriptions. After nearly two years of application, Medication played an effective intervention, medical quality has been further improved.
