颜面粟粒性狼疮少见而顽固,无特效疗法。我们用液氮冷冻治疗2例,效果明显,现报告如下。 【病仞1】王某,男,39岁,农民。患面部发疹、不痛不痒半年,曾按皮肤结核用抗结核药物,皮质类固醇药物以及中药等治疗,均无明显疗效。检查:前额、眼睑、颊部及鼻两侧有对称性散在粟粒大至豆大小结节,用玻片压诊呈苹果酱色,部分皮疹上有脓点,病理检查:在真皮上中层有结核结构,有明显干酪样坏死。诊断:颜面粟粒性狼疮。采用冷冻疗法,用冷冻头或棉签醮液氮直接接触皮损。开始冷冻
