How can the vocational and technical education not only satisfy the demand of the society for talents but also reduce the economic burden of the minority students? The model of personnel training with the combination of school and enterprise as well as the combination of work and study is an effective mode of education. This paper carries out in-depth analysis and research on the necessity, feasibility, function and significance of the cooperation between school-enterprise in vocational education and work-study-integrated personnel training mode.
