目的:探讨组蛋白去乙酰基酶抑制剂丁酸钠对卵巢癌细胞株CAOV3侵袭及转移能力的影响。方法:用不同浓度的丁酸钠处理CAOV3细胞,MTT比色法、克隆形成实验测定其对细胞生长的抑制情况,细胞黏附实验、Transwell小室和划痕损伤实验观察其对细胞黏附、迁移和侵袭能力的影响。结果:丁酸钠抑制CAOV3细胞的生长,并呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05);其对CAOV3细胞的黏附、迁移和侵袭能力均有明显的抑制作用,其抑制率呈剂量效应曲线(P<0.05)。结论:丁酸钠对卵巢癌细胞株CAOV3的侵袭及转移能力有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of histone deacetylase inhibitor sodium butyrate on the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer cell line CAOV3. Methods: CAOV3 cells were treated with different concentrations of sodium butyrate. MTT colorimetric assay and colony formation assay were used to determine the inhibition of cell growth.
