黄梅戏的前身是黄梅调,历史上还有采茶戏、花鼓戏、化谷戏、二高腔等称呼。中华人民共和国成立之前,黄梅戏仅为在安庆及其附近一带农村流行的民间乡士小戏。当时,黄梅戏的艺人们(包括幼小的严凤英、潘璟琍)流落各地卖艺,鲜为外界所知。建国后,黄梅戏很快发展成为深受海内外广大观众喜爱欢迎的著名戏曲剧种。对于黄梅戏的研究和探讨,也是在建国之后紧密联系着黄梅戏艺术的发展实践,随着时代而进行的。下面分三个部分,作一点概要介绍。 一、基本情况 黄梅戏的理论研讨活动,建国之后是与五十年代的戏改工作,与各个年代比较活跃的创作会演、剧目工作、人才培养等黄梅戏艺术实践结合在一起的。由于贯彻了“双百”方针,五十年代六十年代在黄梅戏剧目、音乐、表演的继承与创新、借鉴与吸收,以及如何塑造好艺术形象等方面,作了很多有益的理论探讨和成功实践。十一届三中全会以后,黄梅戏的理论研讨进入了黄梅戏有史以来最生动活跃的时期,其中影响较大的学术活动有1981年在怀宁召开的“全国戏曲音乐学术研讨会”。1983年在安庆召开的“黄梅戏音乐学术研讨会”;1993年省委宣传部省文化厅联合举办的“时白林声乐作品演唱会与学术研讨会”;还有省戏曲音乐学会1988、1989、1993年举办的三届学术活动;黄梅戏研究?
