高师美术专业是培养美术教师人才的地方,中小学学校美术课堂教学将是他们工作的地方,成为名师也将是他们的人生目标,名师首先应具备优秀的课堂教学的能力素质。本文主要围绕高师美术教师人才应具备扎实专业理论知识、技能和广博边缘学科知识;具备优化美术课堂教学的能力;熟练掌握现代教学媒体使用能力;具备较强的课堂掌控能力;具备教学评价能力等五方面课堂教学能力素质来展开的论述。
Art majors in higher normal colleges and universities are the places where art teachers can be cultivated. The art classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools will be the place where they work. Being a famous teacher will also be their goal in life.
