在图书采访中,了解图书出版信息当然是必要的条件。由于西文图书出版、推广、发行的方式都不同于其它文种的图书,图书出版信息种类繁多且没有固定的模式,某些图书的订购和补残工作显得较为困难。因此,对于西文图书的采访人员而言,掌握图书出版信息就显得尤其重要。为了把北京图书馆建设成具有中国特色的国家图书馆,我们应当进一步完善我们的西文图书采访工作。本文的目的是想在这个领域内做一个初步的尝试。
In book interviews, it is, of course, necessary to understand the information that a book publishes. As the publication, promotion and distribution of Western-style books are different from those of other languages, there is a wide range of books and publishing information with no fixed pattern, and some books are more difficult to order and complement. Therefore, for interviewers of Western-language books, it is particularly important to have the information of books published. In order to build the Beijing Library into a national library with Chinese characteristics, we should further improve our interview work on Western books. The purpose of this article is to make a preliminary attempt in this area.
