在对多电机同步控制理论分析的基础上,确定了基于异步电机、变频器、PC机等部件构成的多电机控制系统方案,并对多电机控制原理和模糊PID控制进行研究,从系统的稳定精度、超调量、稳定性等方面分析了KD、KI、KP发挥的作用,得出了模糊PID控制器在不同时刻的PID参数与ec和e存在的模糊关系,最终提出了基于模糊PID补偿器的多电机同步控制策略,并研究出了基于模糊PID补偿算法的同步控制设计方法,以期为多电机同步控制系统的研究提供有价值的参考。
Based on the theoretical analysis of multi-motor synchronous control, the scheme of multi-motor control system based on asynchronous motor, inverter, PC and other components is determined.
