在没有专用磨床的情况下,解决曲轴轴颈光洁度的方法有滚压、加装磨头、超精磨和电解超精磨.结合本曲轴(图1)的特点和设备条件,我们对超精磨和电解超精磨进行了试验研究. 超精磨和电解超精磨与工件的原始精度有很大关系.因此,本文仍有必要先介绍本曲轴的车削加工. 曲轴对机械加工的主要技术要求如下: (1)主轴颈、连杆颈的椭圆度与锥度之和不得大于0.02毫米,表面光洁度为??8,尺寸精度为2级; (2)以第1与12主轴颈为基准,第5、6、7、8主轴颈的跳动量不得大于0.05毫米,其它主轴颈的跳动量不得大于0.03毫米,相邻主轴颈最大跳动的方向偏差不得大于30’;
