2011年7月1日起,厦门将实行统一的城乡居民基本医疗保险筹资标准,一律调整为每人每年380元,不再区别城镇居民、农村居民、未成年人及大学生参保身份,在全市统一执行该标准。将组建医管中心下辖8家公立医院厦门今年医改工作将要做出五项重点改革,具体实施时间从今年2月持续至明年2月。重点改革之一,即是要根据《厦门市公立医院改革试点实施方案》组建厦门市公立医院发展管理中
