4月20日至22日,以“葡萄酒的质量与风格”为主题的“第八届国际葡萄与葡萄酒学术研讨会”在辽宁省葫芦岛市建昌县召开。研讨会由国际葡萄与葡萄酒组织(OIV)、中国食品工业协会、国家杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区管委会和西北农林科技大学主办,建昌县人民政府、西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院承办,中国(杨凌)葡萄酒产业技术升级公共平台提供项目支撑。本届研讨会旨在总结经验,进一步凝聚国内外葡萄酒界力量,充分发挥西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院在人才培养、科学研究、学科建设、国际合作与交流等诸多方面的优势,整合以该学院为依托的国家级评酒员培训基地、陕西省葡萄与葡萄酒工程技术中心、OIV亚洲葡萄与葡萄酒科
From April 20 to April 22, “The 8th International Symposium on Grapes and Wine” with the theme of “Quality and Style of Wine” was held in Jianchang County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. The symposium was hosted by the OIV, China National Food Industry Association, the State Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone Administrative Committee and Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, the People’s Government of Jianchang County, the Northwestern University of Agriculture and Forestry Wine Institute, China (Yangling) wine industry technology upgrade public platform to provide project support. The symposium aims to summarize the experience, further consolidate the strength of the wine industry at home and abroad, give full play to the Northwest A & F University Wine Institute in personnel training, scientific research, discipline construction, international cooperation and exchange and many other advantages, the integration of the Institute for Relying on the national assessment wine training base, Shaanxi Province, grape and wine engineering technology center, OIV Asia grape and wine section
