胫神经鞘瘤四肢少见,笔者收治1例85岁老年女性患者,以左腿疼痛为主要症状,早期误诊为腰椎管狭窄,并行腰椎手术,症状无改善。后明确肿物位置,经手术切除后,疼痛明显缓解。通过该病例,考虑仔细认真的查体和影像阅片非常重要。临床工作中,对于持续无法缓解的足底和小腿疼痛,应该考虑神经源性肿瘤可能。手术切除仍然是胫神经鞘瘤治疗的首选方法。 Anxiety of the tibial schwannoma limbs rare, I admitted to a 85-year-old female patient with left leg pain as the main symptoms of early misdiagnosed as lumbar spinal stenosis, parallel lumbar surgery, no improvement in symptoms. After a clear location of the tumor, after surgical resection, the pain was relieved. Through this case, it is very important to consider the careful examination of body and images. In clinical work, neurogenic tumors should be considered for persistent pain in the plantar and lower leg. Surgical resection is still the preferred method of treatment of tibial schwannoma.
