机械激振正交试验

采用机械激振法减少大型金属结构件的内应力,在我厂已从一九七五年就开始大量应用,还曾先后为杭州汽轮机厂、上海船厂、金山化工厂、郑州大学等几十个单位搞过外协,均取得良好的效果。影响机械激振效果的因素很多,为了找出这些因素对激振效果的影响大小,我们应用了正交试验法进行试验,初步摸索出机械激振的一些规律,现介绍如下。一、试验因素和水平的确定影响机械激振效果的因素有:振动频率, The use of mechanical excitation method to reduce the internal stress of large metal structures, in our plant has been a large number of applications since 1975, has also worked for Hangzhou Steam Turbine Works, Shanghai Shipyard, Jinshan Chemical Factory, Zhengzhou University, dozens of Units engaged in the Association, have achieved good results.
