增强企业活力是经济体制改革的中心环节,而加强班组建设可以说是增强企业活力的重要环节。对于什么是班组建设?有的同志认为:“抓班组建设就是抓好每周一小时的学习。”有的认为:“抓班组建设就是完成生产任务。”也有的认为:“抓班组建设就是使组员在八小时内太太平平,八小时外不违法犯罪”等等,众说不一。这里涉及到对班组建设的内涵的理解。
