患者 女性,82岁,9年前在外院行右眼白内障针拨术,10年前曾行左眼白内障囊外摘除术,双眼多年视力良好。半月前突觉右眼剧烈胀痛,伴右侧头痛,恶心、呕吐。自行对症用药,眼胀及雾视不减,视力锐减仅存光感。于1994年2月15日入我院。查体:心肺未见明显异常。视力右眼手动,左眼矫正后0.6。右眼混合充血,角膜上皮水肿,前房深,轴深约4CT,房水中可见小碎片状灰色混浊物,瞳孔略大约4mm。眼底模糊隐约可见视盘边 The female patient, 82 years old, had a right-eye cataract surgery at the out-hospital facility nine years earlier.
