近年来,我国高等教育改革正在以前所未有的步伐向前推进,随之而来,建立和完善高校毕业生就业制度显得更为迫切。毕业是就业制度改革的一个非常重要的方面,就是建立和完善毕业生就业市场。鉴于毕业生就业工作有人数多、时间集中、涉及面广、社会影响大的特点,以高校为基础的毕业生就业市场的建立,必须同时注重有形市场和无形市场的建立和相互补充。从长远发展来看,无形市场、尤其是校内就业信息网,具有信息传递迅速、便捷、功能齐全等优势,越来越显示出其强大的生命力和无法替代的重要作用。这里,仅就我们石油大学(华东)近年来筹建校内就业信息网的情况作一回顾和总结,以期与各兄弟院校和各位同行共同推进此项工作。
In recent years, the reform of higher education in our country is advancing at an unprecedented pace. As a result, it is even more urgent to establish and improve the employment system for college graduates. Graduation is a very important aspect of the reform of the employment system, that is, to establish and perfect the employment market for graduates. In view of the employment of graduates, there are many people with concentrated time, extensive coverage and great social influence. The establishment of college employment market based on colleges and universities must pay attention to the establishment and mutual supplement of physical market and intangible market at the same time. In terms of long-term development, the invisible market, especially the intranet of employment information network, has the advantages of rapid, convenient and complete information transmission, and more and more shows its strong vitality and irreplaceable important role. Here, we only review and summarize the situation of the establishment of intra-campus employment information network by our University of Petroleum (East China) in recent years with a view to jointly promoting this work with other brother colleges and colleagues.
