通过对超大型铝铸件反射体的分析,在铸造工艺及材质上采取了一系列措施,成功地铸造出轮廓尺寸为Φ3722mm×1270mm、浇注重量达2400kg的铝合金铸件,经外观检查,表面没有缩孔、冷隔、浇不足等铸造缺陷,表面粗糙度R@≤25μm;经探伤检查,针孔度达到图纸技术要求;经用户划线检查,工作曲面壁厚为7mm~85mm(图纸公称尺寸8mm);力学性能超过标准规定。
Through the analysis of the reflector of the super-large aluminum castings, a series of measures have been taken on the casting process and the material to successfully cast the aluminum alloy castings with the contour size of Φ3722mm × 1270mm and the pouring weight of 2400kg.
