外圆磨床的相对振动幅值与其加工的零件精度关系相当密切,因而,在机床全面性能试验中相对振动测量是一个必不可少的项目。但是由于测试方法目前尚不统一,测得的结果也就各不相同,为了能确切地评价机床的相对振动性能,笔者对各种方法作了试验,以求得到合理的测试方法。从目前情况看,常见的外圆磨床相对振动测试方法大致如下表所示:
The relative vibration amplitude of the cylindrical grinder is closely related to the precision of the machined parts. Therefore, the relative vibration measurement in the comprehensive performance test of the machine tool is an indispensable item. However, as the test method is not uniform at present, the measured results are also different. In order to accurately evaluate the relative vibration performance of the machine tool, the author tests various methods in order to obtain a reasonable test method. From the current situation, the common cylindrical grinding machine vibration test method roughly as shown in the following table:
