外圆磨床的相对振动幅值与其加工的零件精度关系相当密切,因而,在机床全面性能试验中相对振动测量是一个必不可少的项目。但是由于测试方法目前尚不统一,测得的结果也就各不相同,为了能确切地评价机床的相对振动性能,笔者对各种方法作了试验,以求得到合理的测试方法。从目前情况看,常见的外圆磨床相对振动测试方法大致如下表所示: The relative vibration amplitude of the cylindrical grinder is closely related to the precision of the machined parts.
