本文研究了电感拾振器在测量超声振动系统位移振幅中的应用。实验中采用了强磁性的永久磁铁作为拾振器的偏磁,大大提高了它的灵敏度。实验表明,这种拾振器不仅可用于铁磁性振动物体的位移测量。而且也可用于铝合金、钛合金等非铁磁性金属振动物体的位移测量,文中给出了拾振器的结构及用激光干涉测振法得出的拾振器的输出电压与位移振幅的校正曲线。当然这种拾振器也可用于其他的类似的振动系统中振动的测量,监视与控制讯号的拾取。
This paper studies the application of inductive vibration pickup in measuring the displacement amplitude of ultrasonic vibration system. Experimental use of a strong magnetic permanent magnet as a vibration picker, greatly improving its sensitivity. Experiments show that the vibration picker can not only be used for the displacement measurement of ferromagnetic vibration objects. But also can be used for displacement measurement of non-ferromagnetic metal vibration objects such as aluminum alloy and titanium alloy. The structure of vibration pickup and the correction of output voltage and displacement amplitude of vibration pickup obtained by laser interferometry curve. Of course, this kind of vibration picker can also be used for vibration measurement, monitoring and control signal picking in other similar vibration systems.
