同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)是一种含硫基的非必需氨基酸,为蛋氨酸代谢的一个重要代谢产物,其代谢异常可导致高同型半胱氨酸血症,对内皮细胞产生毒性作用及凝血和促凝血等作用。内皮细胞激活和损伤是妊娠期高血压疾病发病的主要原因。升高的同型半胱氯酸通过损伤内皮细胞,导致血管痉挛收缩,体液蛋白外渗及血管内凝血等机制参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生。
