毫无疑问,这是汽车流通领域一件有里程碑意义的大事。《汽车销售管理办法》于2017年7月1日起正式施行。同时废止2005年发布的《汽车品牌销售管理实施办法》。根据新《办法》,销售汽车不再局限于汽车品牌商授权直营4S店销售产品,这打破了品牌授权为核心的4S传统销售模式,大型汽车超市、汽车大卖场以及汽车网络电商等将会成为新的汽车销售形式,从而开启汽车流通和后市场多元化竞争的新时代。
