目的探讨采用单孔三通道腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术的可行性、安全性和优越性。方法选择从2010年1月至2011年1月期间在顺德中医院采用单孔三通道腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎的患者32例设为实验组,另取同时期32例患者采用标准腹腔镜下结扎设为对照组,对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、复发率情况。结果实验组患者术中出血量、住院时间及复发率均明显优于对照组,而手术时间要稍长于对照组。结论单孔三通道腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术临床疗效令人满意,显著缩短患者住院时间,值得推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility, safety and superiority of using single-hole three-channel laparoscopic varicocele ligation. Methods From January 2010 to January 2011 in Shunde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital with single-hole three-channel laparoscopic varicocele ligation of 32 patients were enrolled as the experimental group, while taking the same period of 32 patients with standard abdominal cavity Microscopic ligation was used as a control group to compare the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and recurrence rate in two groups. Results The blood loss, hospitalization time and recurrence rate of experimental group were significantly better than that of control group, but the operation time was slightly longer than that of control group. Conclusion The single hole three-channel laparoscopic varicocele ligation clinical efficacy is satisfactory, significantly shortening the hospital stay, it is worth promoting.
