自1979年以来,我们临床应用天津市生物化学制药厂生产的干扰素诱导剂——多聚肌胞,治疗慢性乙型肝炎53例,每个病例均经六个月连续治疗观察、并对11例患者进行IF诱导量测定。现将初步疗效总结报告如下:
