目的了解昌平区食品中铅、镉、总砷、总汞的污染情况,并对检测结果进行分析。方法对昌平区居民主要购买点的8种食品中的铅、镉、总砷、总汞这4种元素进行检测及分析。结果 2013年8种食品中铅的检出率为100.0%,其蔬菜中的铅污染最为严重,合格率仅为86.8%;2012年蔬菜中镉的检出率为50.0%,2013年镉的检出率已经翻番,其余7种食品中镉的检出率为100.0%;玉米粒、黄豆、虾类产品中总砷的检出率均为100.0%,蔬菜中总砷和总汞的检出率较低,分别为68.0%和54.2%,水果中总汞的检出率最低,为15.0%,其余6种食品中总汞的检出率均为100.0%。结论除了蔬菜中铅污染较为严重,总汞污染有1份超标外,本区2年内其他食品中的铅、镉、总砷、总汞这4种元素的污染情况均在国家标准允许范围内。
Objective To understand the pollution status of lead, cadmium, total arsenic and total mercury in food in Changping District, and to analyze the test results. Methods The four elements of lead, cadmium, total arsenic and total mercury in eight kinds of foods purchased from residents in Changping district were detected and analyzed. Results In 2013, the detection rate of lead in 8 kinds of food was 100.0%. The lead pollution in vegetables was the most serious with the passing rate of 86.8%. In 2012, the detection rate of cadmium in vegetables was 50.0%. In 2013, the detection of cadmium The rate of total arsenic in corn, soybean and shrimp products was 100.0%. The detection rate of total arsenic and total mercury in vegetables Lower, respectively, 68.0% and 54.2%, the lowest detection rate of total mercury in fruits was 15.0%, and the detection rate of total mercury in the remaining six kinds of food was 100.0%. Conclusion In addition to the more serious lead pollution in vegetables and one total mercury pollution, the pollution of the four elements of lead, cadmium, total arsenic and total mercury in other foodstuffs within two years in this area is within the limits of national standards.
