摘要目的旨在比较MR弹性成像(MRE)和DWI区分肝脏局灶性病变(FLL)良恶性的诊断价值。材料与方法 79例病人共124处肝脏局灶性病变(其中44处良性,80处恶性),这些病灶都进行了MRE和DWI扫描。MRE采用一种改进的梯度回波序列,DWI采用自由呼吸技术(b=0.500)。从而得到表观扩散系数(ADC)图和刚度图。FLL的平均刚度和ADC值的测量,是通过病灶兴趣区的刚度和ADC值获得的。
Abstract Objective To compare the diagnostic value of MR elastography (MRE) and DWI in differentiating benign and malignant focal liver lesions (FLL). Materials and Methods A total of 124 focal liver lesions (44 of them were benign and 80 were malignant) were performed in 79 patients. MRE and DWI were performed on these lesions. MRE uses an improved gradient echo sequence, and DWI uses a free-breathing technique (b = 0.500). Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps and stiffness maps were obtained. The average stiffness of the FLL and the measurement of the ADC value are obtained from the stiffness and the ADC value of the lesion area of interest.
