目的探讨牙跟癌患者血清白介素-6和白介素-8的水平改变与其发生及发展、浸润和发生转移的关系。方法牙龈癌患者36例作为观察组,牙龈瘤患者30例作为良性病变组,同时选择健康体检者30例作为对照组。检测并比较三组的白介素-8和白介素-6水平。结果观察组白介素-6和白介素-8水平分别高于良性病变组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性病变组白介素-6和白介素-8水平分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅲ期患者的白介素-6和白介素-8水平分别高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ期患者的白介素-6和白介素-8水平分别高于Ⅰ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。转移患者的白介素-6和白介素-8水平分别高于未转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白介素-6和白介素-8参与牙跟癌的发生和发展、浸润及转移过程,观察其水平改变有助于了解牙跟癌病理特征,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels and their occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis in patients with dental caries. Methods Thirty-six patients with gingival cancer as observation group and 30 patients with gingival disease as benign lesion, and 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The levels of interleukin-8 and interleukin-6 in the three groups were detected and compared. Results The levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in benign lesions and controls (P <0.05). The levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in benign lesions were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in stage III patients were significantly higher than those in stage I and II patients, respectively (P <0.05). The levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in stage II patients were significantly higher than those in stage I patients, respectively (P <0.05). The levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in patients with metastasis were significantly higher than those without metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion Interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 are involved in the occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of dental hete and oncology. Observing the changes of their levels is helpful to understand the pathological features of dental and hematogenous cancers and is worth learning from.
