演化经济学自产生之日就主张经济、政治与社会间互动的整合分析,它秉承和发扬了古典政治经济学的研究传统,是一种名副其实的演化政治经济学。20世纪80年代以来,新演化经济学逐步形成并取得突破性发展,为新演化政治经济学的出现提供了充分的理论准备,随着演化经济学中经济-政治整合分析理论的发展,以公共政策形成、制度的经济学分析、由制度而产生的微观层面的具体政策,以及特定制度产生的宏观政治背景即政治结构等为基本研究对象的新演化政治经济学范式逐渐形成。本文在分析新演化政治经济学与演化经济学、演化政治经济学的宗源关系的同时,通过梳理新演化政治经济学的理论进路,总结出了新演化政治经济学理论框架的基本要素。
Evolutionary economics advocates the integration and analysis of the interaction between economy, politics and society since its birth. It upholds and develops the traditional research tradition of political economy and is a true evolutionary political economy. Since the 1980s, the new evolutionary economics has gradually formed and achieved a breakthrough development, which has provided sufficient theoretical preparation for the emergence of the new evolutionary political economy. With the development of economic-political integration analysis theory in evolutionary economics, The formation of the new evolutionary political economy paradigm of policy formation, institutional economics analysis, system-specific micro-level specific policies, and the macro-political background of the specific system that the political structure as the basic research object gradually formed. This paper analyzes the relationship between the source of the new evolutionary political economy, the evolutionary economics and the evolutionary political economy. At the same time, it summarizes the basic elements of the theoretical framework of the new evolutionary political economy by combing the theoretical evolution of the new evolutionary political economy.
