财务控制管理是一个由油田企业管理层和其他员工共同实施的,为实现油田企业经营效果和效率目标提供合理保证的过程。建立和完善规章制度,全面推行预算管理以及加强财务内控管理力度,能够充分调动油田企业财务控制管理的积极性和自觉性,使得财务控制管理可以真正发挥其防范风险的作用。
Financial Control Management is a process jointly implemented by management and other employees of oilfields to provide a reasonable assurance of the operational effectiveness and efficiency of oilfield enterprises. The establishment and improvement of rules and regulations, the full implementation of budget management and the strengthening of financial internal control management can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and consciousness of oilfield enterprises in financial control and management so that financial control and management can really play its role in risk prevention.
