2001年9月13日,辽宁大学出版社在北京人民大会堂河南厅举行了《汉字标准字典》首发式。辽宁大学出版社社长张琢石介绍了《汉字标准字典》的出版经过。《汉字标准字典》是我国第一部根据国际、国家标准规定的21003个汉字字符编写的汉字工具书。该书从体例到内容都体现了时代特色,它充分适应了信息时代语言文字交流标准化的需要,面向21世纪,面向网络时代,是汉语言文字标准的集大成之作,集中反映了我国目前语言文字工作的最新成果。其价值主要体现在:一、它参考了大量的文献古籍,对国际标准与国家标准量新确定的21003个汉字字符在字形、读音、释义上进行了汇通简释。二、为应用计算机检索汉字提供了GBK内码,使上机检索与操作更为便利。三、更加有利于汉字标准在各国家和地区问的广泛交流,使
