全国高校图书馆期刊工作研究会理事长 江乃武先生: 欣悉全国高校图书馆期刊工作研究会第三次学术研讨会胜利召开,我代表唐山工程技术学院向大会表示衷心祝贺。 目前,在十大情报源中,期刊已经是第一情报源,它在情报传播中的地位与作用与日俱增。全国高校图书馆期刊工作研究会的成立,适应了期刊事业的发展趋势,得到了全国图书情报界的普遍关注,是我国期刊事业发展的一个新的里程碑。

The establishment of the national university library periodical work research conference has adapted to the development trend of the periodical industry and has drawn the general attention of the national library information industry and is a new milestone in the development of the periodical industry in our country.
