目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎(PM)中的作用。方法采用放射免疫分析法检测2002-10—2004-06新乡医学院第一附属医院儿科30例PM新生儿和10例正常新生儿血清和脑脊液IGF-2水平。结果新生儿PM急性期血清IGF-2水平较对照组明显降低,而脑脊液IGF-2水平较对照组明显升高(均P<0.01);恢复期,血清IGF-2水平较急性期明显升高,而脑脊液IGF-2水平较急性期明显降低(均P<0.01),血清和脑脊液IGF-2水平与对照组比较差异均无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论IGF-2参与新生儿PM的病理生理过程,具有重要的神经保护作用。
Objective To investigate the role of insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF-2) in neonatal purulent meningitis (PM). Methods Serum and cerebrospinal fluid levels of IGF-2 in 30 PM neonates and 10 normal newborns in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from 2002 to 2004 were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum IGF-2 in the acute stage of neonatal PM were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of IGF-2 in cerebrospinal fluid were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.01) , While IGF-2 level in cerebrospinal fluid was significantly lower than that in acute phase (all P <0.01). IGF-2 levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were not significantly different from those in control group (all P> 0.05). Conclusion IGF-2 plays an important neuroprotective role in the pathophysiology of neonatal PM.
