本文首先阐述了中国医疗卫生保健过程中药品价格的现实状况。药品的价格的偏高和垄断带来了医疗资源利用效率下降和医疗费用上升。运用经济学方法解释分析了其成因,同时对中国药品价格调整提出建议。若是要改变现有医药价格不合理的现象,则必须要改变政府对医药市场的管理方式,并且改变现行的医药行业的收费体制等。
This article first elaborates the reality of Chinese medicine health care in the process of price. The high price of medicines and the monopoly have led to a decline in the efficiency of utilization of medical resources and rising medical costs. Using the method of economics to explain and analyze its causes, at the same time, making suggestions on the price adjustment of Chinese medicines. If we want to change the existing phenomenon of unreasonable medical prices, we must change the government’s management of the pharmaceutical market and change the current fee-charging system in the pharmaceutical industry.
