医院工作中的大量数据,特别是等级分组数据的处理,过去多采用“卡片法”,而这种方法是有一定的局限性。也有人用 Ridit 法对各科间的疗效进行分析比较,进而评价医疗质量,这种方法也存在一定问题。我们根据几年来的实践,在统计中使用了一种简单实用、可比性强,层次分明的分析方法——交叉积差法即 CPD(Cross Product Difference)。它既具有 Ridit 法的各种优点,又解决了 Ridit 法所存
The large amount of data in hospital work, especially the processing of hierarchical grouping data, used the “card method” in the past, and this method has certain limitations. Some people also use the Ridit method to analyze and compare the efficacy of various departments, and then evaluate the quality of medical care. This method also has certain problems. Based on our practice over the past few years, we have used a simple, practical, comparable, and well-defined analysis method called cross product difference (CPD) in statistics. It not only has all the advantages of the Ridit method, but also solves the Ridit method.
