北京地球物理学会于1993年3月5日在铁道部科学院召开了一年一度的学术年会。来自京区地球物理界有关部门的会员代表和学会理事约50人出席了会议。会议由理事长熊光楚主持。 会议以学术报告为主,进行了学术交流,为了适应当前改革的新形势需要,还研讨了学会如何面向社会主义市场经济的问题,引起到会者的普遍关注。在大会作报告的有:刘光鼎:《关于地球物理在工程地质中的应用》,赵文津:《喜马拉雅山的第1个地震反射初步成果》,吴功建:《岩石圈与生物学科研究报告》,沈梦培:《数字地震仪器的新进展》,钟世航:《开发物探技术适应工程建设市场的需要》,张少泉:《首都主要自然灾害综合分析与对策》,陈英方:《地震研究与国民经济建设——地震保险咨询》。
Beijing Geophysical Society on March 5, 1993 held an annual academic annual meeting of the Academy of Sciences of the Ministry of Railways. About 50 members from the relevant departments of the geophysical sector in Beijing area attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by Xiong Guangchu, chairman. The symposium focused on academic reports and conducted academic exchanges.
