2005年8月至2009年12月,我科采用三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)治疗晚期直肠癌患者27例,取得较好的临床效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料:患者27例,男性15例,女性12例,年龄44～75岁,中位年龄68岁。直肠癌根治术后局部复发16例;直肠癌局部切除术后吻合口复发8例;直肠中下段癌骶骨前转移3例(拒绝手术)。全部病例均有病理结果。术后时间4个月至4.5年,其中有4例术后曾行常规放疗和化疗。
From August 2005 to December 2009, 27 cases of advanced colorectal cancer were treated with 3D-CRT by 3D conformal radiation therapy and achieved good clinical results. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data: 27 patients, 15 males and 12 females, aged 44 to 75 years, with a median age of 68 years. There were 16 cases of local recurrence after radical resection of rectal cancer, 8 cases of anastomotic recurrence after partial resection of rectal cancer, and 3 cases of anterior sacral metastasis of rectal cancer (rejection surgery). All cases have pathological findings. After 4 months to 4.5 years, 4 of them had conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
