以晋黍7号为材料,研究旱地不同覆膜方式对糜子生育后期干物质积累与转运的影响。试验结果表明,整个籽粒灌浆期,与露地条播相比,膜侧穴播、平膜穴播地上干物质的积累量分别增加55.56%、27.88%,籽粒干重分别提高9.25%、24.90%。覆膜能够促进花后营养器官干物质向籽粒中转运,茎干物质对籽粒的贡献率高于叶、鞘,其贡献率高达55.31%~56.08%。覆膜处理对糜子单株粒数、千粒重有明显的促进作用;膜侧穴播、平膜穴播分别比露地条播增产40.52%、51.2%,说明膜侧穴播对糜子干物质积累与转运的促进效果优于平膜穴播,有利于糜子产量的提高。
Using Jinmian 7 as material, the effects of different film mulching methods on dry matter accumulation and translocation in the late stage of millet development were studied. The results showed that the accumulation of dry matter on the film-growing and filming sides increased by 55.56% and 27.88%, respectively, and the dry weight of kernels increased by 9.25% and 24.90%, respectively, compared with the open field sowing. The plastic film could promote the translocation of dry matter to vegetative organs after anthesis, and the contribution rate of stem material to grain was higher than that of leaf and sheath, and the contribution rate was 55.31% ~ 56.08%. Film mulching had significant effects on grain weight per plant and 1000-grain weight. Film mulching and flat film mulching increased yield by 40.52% and 51.2% respectively compared with open-sowing, indicating that the effect of film-boring on the accumulation and transport of dry matter of mulberry was excellent Plane broadcast in the flat film, is conducive to the increase of millet production.
