目的对辽细辛地下部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用反复硅胶色谱法分离纯化,通过理化性质和NMR谱学数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从辽细辛地下部分分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为卡枯醇(kakuol,1)、2-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲二氧基苯丙酮(2-methoxy-4,5-methylene-dioxypropi-ophenone,2)、(-)-芝麻脂素((-)-sesamin,3)、(-)-细辛脂素((-)-asarinin,4)、pluviatilol(5)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,6)、正丁基-吡喃果糖苷(n-butylfructopyranoside,7)。结论化合物6、7为首次从细辛属中分离得到,化合物2、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the underground part of L. chinensis. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical properties and NMR spectroscopy data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the subterranean part of the asarum, identified as kakuol (1) and 2-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxyphenyl acetone (2-methoxy-4,5). -methylene-dioxypropi-ophenone,2),(-)-sebumin ((-)-sesamin,3), (-)-asarin (4), pluviatilol (5), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (6), n-butylfructopyranoside (7). Conclusion Compounds 6 and 7 were isolated from the genus Asarum for the first time. Compounds 2 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
