田径项目学习是中学体育教学中一个非常重要的教学内容,是促进学生身体素质提高的重要手段之一,也是学生进行其他项目运动的基础。但田径课相对其他体育项目而言,对学生的身体素质要求较高,传统教学中田径课教学较其他体育项目枯燥,使学生的身体和心理感觉疲劳,学生参与性和积极性不高。针对不同层次学生的身体素质,开发中学田径分层次教学校本课程有助于学生积极参加田径运动,提高学生的身心健康,为培养学生的终身体育意识做铺垫。
Track and field project learning is a very important teaching content in middle school physical education and is one of the important means to promote the improvement of students’ physical fitness. It is also the basis for students to carry out other sports. However, the track and field class has higher requirements on students ’physical quality than other sports. The track and field teaching in traditional teaching is more boring than other sports, which makes the students feel tired physically and mentally, and students’ participation and enthusiasm are not high. According to the physical quality of students at different levels, the development of middle school track and field teaching at different levels of school-based curriculum helps students to actively participate in track and field, improve students ’physical and mental health and pave the way for students’ lifelong physical education.
