根据国家煤矿安全监察局“煤矿矿用安全产品检验机构资质认可评审通知”,以杨光宇高级工程师为评审组长的评审组,依据GB/T15481-2000《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》及《煤矿矿用安全产品检验机构资质认可的特殊要求》,于2003年9月2日至9月6日,对国家煤矿防爆安全产品质量监督检验中心进行了检验机构资质认可现场评审。矿用安全产品标志办公室技术部王惠玲高工、王可寰教授及辽宁煤矿安全监察局安全技术装备保障处吴连君处长作为观察员参加了此次现场评审。 此次中心申请资质认可的检验领域涉及煤矿用防爆产品、提升运输产品、民用爆破器材(火工品)、安全仪表及救护器材、煤矿用电器及煤矿用电缆等。
According to the State Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, “Mine Safety Products Inspection and Certification Institute accreditation notice” to Yang Guangyu Senior Engineer as the review team leader’s assessment group, based on GB / T15481-2000 “Testing and Calibration Laboratory Capabilities General Requirements” and “Special Requirements for Accreditation of Coal Mining Safety Products Inspection Institutions”, from September 2, 2003 to September 6, 2003, conducted a field assessment of the qualification accreditation of inspection agencies for the national coal mine explosion-proof safety product quality supervision and inspection center. Mr. Wang Weiling, Professor Wang Kehuan and Director of Safety Technical Equipment Support Office of Liaoning Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau Director Wu Lianjun attended the on-site review as an observer. The center for the application for accreditation testing areas involving explosion-proof coal products used to enhance transport products, civil blasting equipment (pyrotechnics), safety instrumentation and ambulance equipment, coal mine electrical appliances and coal cables.
