我们对坚龙胆(Gentiana regescens Franch.)横切面及粉末进行显微观察时,可见其薄壁细胞中含有大量草酸钙针晶,呈菱形、细梭形或细棒状,长4～8μm,少有10μm以上的,有的细胞中针晶密集成堆,并可见草酸钙
When microscopic observations were made on the cross-sections and powders of Gentiana regescens Franch., it was found that the parenchyma cells contained a large amount of calcium oxalate crystals in the form of diamonds, fine spindles, or thin rods. The length was 4-8 μm. More than 10μm, some cells are densely packed with needles and visible calcium oxalate
