近年来,小儿心肌疾病的发病率有增高趋势,有人分析了小儿心肌疾病的尸检资料,发现其中以心内膜弹力纤维增生症(EFE)及心肌炎为最多。本文13例EFE诊断标准参考1964年Seller等提出的诊断依据。
