目的:探讨紫杉醇联合铂类治疗晚期及复发子宫内膜癌的疗效及不良反应。方法:Ⅲ～Ⅳ期及复发子宫内膜癌患者27例给予紫杉醇联合卡铂或顺铂化疗,复发及不能手术者辅助盆腔内、外照射放疗。结果:共行化疗105个疗程,放疗9个疗程。完全缓解6例(35.3%),部分缓解5例(29.2%),稳定4例(23.5%),进展2例(11.8%),总有效率64.5%;21个疗程出现3～4级白细胞下降,5例3级血小板下降,无3～4级血红蛋白下降。结论:紫杉醇联合卡铂或顺铂化疗对晚期及复发子宫内膜癌疗效较好。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and side effects of paclitaxel combined with platinum in the treatment of advanced and recurrent endometrial cancer. Methods: Patients with stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ and recurrent endometrial cancer were treated with paclitaxel combined with carboplatin or cisplatin chemotherapy. Patients with recurrent or inoperable patients were given adjuvant intra-pelvic and external radiotherapy. Results: The total of 105 courses of chemotherapy, radiotherapy 9 courses. The complete remission was achieved in 6 cases (35.3%), partial remission in 5 cases (29.2%), stabilization in 4 cases (23.5%) and progression in 2 cases (11.8%) with a total effective rate of 64.5%. Grade 3 to 4 leukopenia occurred in 21 courses , 5 cases of grade 3 thrombocytopenia, no grade 3 to 4 hemoglobin decreased. Conclusion: Paclitaxel combined with carboplatin or cisplatin chemotherapy is effective for advanced and recurrent endometrial cancer.
