2011年12月24日,国家质检总局公布了近期对液体乳产品抽查的结果。蒙牛乳业(眉山)有限公司生产的一批次产品被检出黄曲素M1超标140%。25日,蒙牛发布声明致歉。但黄曲霉素所带来的巨大安全威胁并不能用道歉来消除,乳品安全再次成为了消费者最关心的话题。

A batch of products produced by Mengniu Dairy (Meishan) Co., Ltd. was found to be over 140% of the content of the flavin M1. On the 25th, Mengniu issued a statement apologizing.
