党的十一届三中全会以来,特别是一九八一年二月,中央作出《关于加强职工教育工作的决定》,标志着我国职工教育工作进入一个新的发展阶段,广大职工学习积极性空前高涨,职工教育的实践有了很多新的发展。但是,职工教育理论研究,还远落后于职工教育的实践,职工教育工作亟待正确的理论指导。把职工教育理论研究工作搞上去,是一项极为迫切的任务。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, especially in February 1981, the Central Government has made the “Decision on Strengthening Staff Education”, marking a new stage of development for staff education in our country. The enthusiasm of the general staff and workers is unprecedentedly studied Soaring, the practice of staff education has many new developments. However, the theoretical research of staff education lags far behind the practice of staff education, and the work of staff education urgently needs correct theoretical guidance. It is an extremely urgent task to carry out research on the theory of worker education.
