随着国际经济贸易的进一步发展,国际间经济的相互依赖的增强,以及各国贸易保护主义的抬头,国际上反对垄断、提倡公平竞争的呼声越来越高。近来,又有许多国际知名学者以及国家首脑提出将国际竞争保护问题作为下一轮WTO的议题。因而,对国际竞争保护法的探讨就成为法学研究的热点之一了。本文试图在介绍先行国际竞争保护法的基础上探讨它的基本问题及发展的前景。
With the further development of international economic and trade, the interdependence of the international economy and the rise of trade protectionism in various countries, the international community has been increasingly vocal about opposing monopoly and promoting fair competition. Recently, many internationally renowned scholars and heads of state set forth the issue of international competition protection as the next WTO issue. Therefore, the discussion on the law of international competition protection has become one of the hot spots in the law research. This article attempts to discuss its basic issues and prospects for development on the basis of introducing the law on the protection of prior international competition.
